Centre for Voters Initiative & Action Executive Director Samad Quraishi joins the White House's Executive Office of the President to discuss youth based policy on voter registration for students nationwide. Joined are Nia Gouvis and Julia Elliot Ortega. Emphasises Director Quraishi's commitment to facilitating conversations centred on youth issues, including the High School Voter Empowerment Act.

OPEN POSITIONS

Public Relations Team
  • Candidate is 15-20 and lives in the United States of America

  • Position will focus on furthering the presence of the Centre in the public space

  • launching paid fundraising campaigns with an investment fund, designing adverts and infographics, and communicating with media outlets to advance the Centre's image

  • Prior experience in Canva or public writing is a key asset

  • Excellent oral and writing skills in English

Fundraising / Grant Personnel
  • Candidate is 15-20 and lives in the United States of America

  • Position will focus on fundraising for the Centre: conducting corporate outreach programmes, grant writing, and crowdfunding management

  • Working within established fundraising management systems and budgets

  • Knowledge or experience in fundraising or non-profit management is a desirable bonus

  • Excellent oral and writing skills in English
